When I go to the <NEXT> page after selecting Credit Card payment method at the Checkout I get:
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:
Can't open perl script "d:\html\users\quiltstudiocouk\html\cgi-bin\sp000000.pl": No such file or directory
The URL is https://ssl10.mysecureserver.com/quiltstudiocouk/cgi-bin/sp000000.pl
Any suggestions?
Many thanks,
Phil.
Hi Phil
It looks as though you have set up the secure server as an Unlisted Provider for Shared SSL in Actinic. There can sometimes be confusion between the Shared SSL service that Actinic offer and the shared SSL that your host provides. Either can be used with Actinic with the slight difference that SSL from a hosting company can be configured for the whole site or for the checkout pages only, whereas Actinic Shared SSL secures just the credit card page.
If you want to secure the checkout pages with https://ssl10.mysecureserver.com/quiltstudiocouk, then you need to select 'Standard SSL' rather than 'Shared SSL' and check the SSL box and select 'Checkout Pages and Customer Login Only'. This will give you an additional SSL tab in Advanced | Network Setup and you can reconfigure the network settings using the wizard.
If you want just the credit card page secured, Actinic Shared SSL is £100 +VAT per year and no reconfiguring of the network settings is needed. More info here (http://www.actinic.co.uk/products/sssl.htm).

thank you. All appears to be working now.
