Fatal Error

I made a snapshot which perfectly works on my PC and tested on another two with no errors, but my client's PC comes up with the following error:

FATAL ERRORS
(File Snapshot.cpp, Line 1559) - Archive error 12 - The zip file open call failed
Library error - This is not a ZIP file or the structure of ZIP file is damaged! has been caught.

Any ideas on this?

Try searching for "This is not a ZIP file or the structure of ZIP file is damaged".

Thanks. This was sorted. I had to upgrade my clients version of actinic.
