Display Payment Method on Receipt

Is it possible to print on the receipt what payment method the user selected.

I am introducing payment by cheque and require this to be reflected on the emailed receipt. I'm sure that it can be done in the OrderScript.pl but I am unsure of the code change.

Example:
Thank you for shopping at xxxxxxxx
We have received and are processing the following order:

******************************************************
Order Number: DFFLLFLFLXXXX11
Order Date: 29 November 2007 11:39 GMT
Payment Method: Cheque

Ship To:



Any help would be appreciated.
