I have entered all the products and am ready to enter
meta description and meta keywords.
I have too many products to input this info 1 by 1.

the thing I like to put in my "keywords" is the model number of the products , i am selling.

Is there a way to export the model numbers and then import them to the program so it places the model numbers in the "meta keywords" area?

Are your model numbers the product references?

In which case, you can open the ActinicCatalog.mdb file in Microsoft Access and open the 'Products' table. Copy the entire 'Product Reference' column to the clipboard. Then close Access.

Now, paste the data in to Notepad (to get rid of any formatting) and then re-copy the data into Microsoft Word.

Then do a find and replace in Word. Look for '^p' (special character for line breaks) and replace them with a space ' '.

This should give you a nice list of model numbers to put into your Meta Keywords.
