FTP Error's making my blood boil

Saturday - 10am

All is well with the world, 5000 products configured into flat file, store uploaded to enure no problems, all went well

10.15am import said flat file into store, no problems here, looking good, lets upload

10.20am checking complete, purging files now starts to send up files

3.36pm now reaching for the gin and valium as yet another FTP timeout occurs for the umpteenth time and still only 15% of the store files uploaded ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Seriously fed up, 3 jobs planned for today...still stuck on job number 1 :mad:

Hi Daren,

yes why does it always happen at weekends as well!

have no problems when in the office uploading but as soon as I try to upload changes at the weekend from home up come the ftp errors!

maybe it just does'nt like us Leicester Folk :D

INDEED....

Reverted to plan B which is not ideal, split the 5K and upload bit by bit, lets see if that helps :eek:

Still in the early stages at the moment and have not even thought about linking or have a link image. Priority at the moment is loading products and products and products and products...ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

nope, just promoting supplies etc as an added VAS for my visitors, getting more and more through different sources so makes sense to add...
