How do I get rid of the text
"catalogue pages index"
in the catalogue body ?

Hi Andy,

The 'Catalog Pages Index' link is only displayed when previewing the site off-line. This is to give you access to the checkout pages or other pages only created by a perl script, so you can see how they will look. It will disappear when you upload the site to your server.
