More problems

Hi all,

I have a couple of issues with a v6(upgraded from v4) site. After choosing products to buy and going to the checkout, when asked if you wish to enter a different address other than the invoice address you click next and are asked for the same information again (as well as further info)

The second issue is with the receipt page. Instaed of displaying the company (retailer) address, line 2/3 have NETQUOTEVAR:xxxxxxxxxxx lines of text. And instead of displaying the client invoice and delivery address, you get the same thing.

Sorry but I can't remember the bit after the NETQUOTEVAR - I've suspended the site so I'll have to take a look.

Another problem I had was solved by copying original templates into my site (as a result of them not upgrading properly). Could this work again?

Yes, copying in templates from the Themes directories into your site folder should fix this problem. The v6 receipt looks better than the v4 one anyway :).

Will give it a try when I get a moment - then hopefully my v6 site can go live (3 weeks after software upgrade)
