1. For the terms and conditions text box, you can embed html expression here.
Html expression is a way of telling actinic to treat the following as html.
So inside T&C, you write
!!< <img src="your picture.jpg"> >!!
!!< - This tells Actinic when to begin
>!! - This tell Actinic when to end
2. i have entered a marketing message & checked the box - so where on earth does this message appear?
This appears at the bottom of your section list, or where you specifiy NETQUOTEVAR:SPLASHTEXTBODY. This is normally found in Act_CatalogBody.html
