Minor checkout problem

The final page at our web site (just before you are transfered over to the secure payment gateway), Actinic Catalog displays a page that says soemthing like "Click the NEXT button to make you secure payment". The problem is the gray colored NEXT button is way outside the template and kind of breaks the template apart and looks crap. It would appear that the NEXT button is right justified instead of left justified or centered.
Does anyone know how that can be fixed. We have tried editing the page and saving it back into Actinic but that doesn't seem to work.
Any advice appreciated for the easiest method of fix (nothing complicated).

I would suspect it may be one of the template in CommonOCC.

I had previously found the OCC template for the payment gateway I'm using and edited it before, a few times in fact, last year. Every time it never worked. This time I edited it and changed the width from 600 to 500. That seems to have fixed it. Put up with that problem for about a year!
