I am using web position gold to help with optimising my site, it refers to areas of my site (heading, link text, hyperlink url) could anyone help me understand where these areas are and how i could change them please??

Google says:

Hey do you recon i could get the software and pretend to be a competitor, and then cane the arse out of google?
Oh the head would be they erm bit in the <head> tag
