Additional Mail Templates

Is there a way to create Additional Mail Templates, that appear on the drop down menu along with Order Received, Payment Received and Order Shipped?

No there isn't. It is a feature that is asked for all of the time and I think that it is on the Actinic wishlist.

Can confirm this as well. Some customer have also asked this, when they have spoken to myself. I will add you details onto the wishlist

This has been on the wishlist since version 5, whats the problem with providing it? surely it should have been included in version 6, it would certainly have persuaded me to upgrade.

Hi Tony

The feature request in the wishlist is judged by its popularity (ie how many times has a feature been requested?) and the technical complexity.

Therefore if only a few people have requested this in version 5 (by submitting a form on our Actinic Wishlist Website (http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/wishlist.htm), then it possible it would not be given a high priority

Hi Tony. There isn't really any specific problem, it's just that the wish list is always longer than the available resources. This particular one didn't make it to the top in time for for version 6. we are aware that it's a popular request.

We're just in the process of doubling the size of the development team, so in the future we should see much faster product development.
