Hi
I have been reviewing my checkout pages and just after the customer selects payment method on an Actinic page (and clicks next) and before the customer gets to the initial Worldpay page; a bounce type page (https://www.kjbeckett.com/cgi-bin/os000001.pl) is presented stating the following...
Click Next to go to Worlpay's secure server page and process your credit card details with complete confidence.
It has a 2 or so second delay. Is there anyway of removing this page or removing the delay?

The delay has to be there and can't be removed. It's there to wait for the response of the Worldpay server.
The best you can do is modify the Worldpay OCC template and add a message to say 'Please wait while weconnect you to the secure Worldpay server' or such like.
You can make the delay longer if you want to make sure your message is read:

On V8 you can get an almost split second bounce, but the page has to be there.

This cannot be found in V9 Actinic Business Plus that I have, would it have been moved or the code changed?
