Hi there,
Under a lot of time pressure so anyone's help would be much appreciated. I hae spent all of last week tryingto get the configuration settings set and the site uploaded, which fingres crossed, looks like it may hae happened.
However, I was carrying out a dummy order and soon as it bounces to the first SSL page (https://ssl506.securepod.com/pramcentre/cgi-bin/os000001.pl) it brings up the error:
Line: 12
Char: 1
Error: Object Expected
Code: 0
URL: https://ssl506.securepod.com/pramcentre/cgi-bin/os000001.pl
It brings up the same error for two other lines as well. I normally associate this kind of error with a JavaScript syntax problem but I just don't see it.
Althougth the site isn't live, we have a dummy home page in place, the catalog can be accessed throught this link (http://www.pramcentre.co.uk/acatalog/2_in_1_prams.html).
Hopfelly someone wll be able to help.
Thanks
Andrew

Hi Jo,
Thanks for the reply. When I view this page it doesn't implement the CSS formatting and none of the images (buttons or site banner) display. I am browsing through IE6 which also gives the error "Object Expected". I have tried through Netscape 7.1, it doesn't mention any error but doesn't display the images or the CSS formatting.
The look and feel throughout the checkout is the same as the basket.
After all that, does it display correctly to you cirrectly (CSS, images).
Thank you
Andrew

Sorry I was looking out for error messages...I forgot to say there was no CSS control, all text I think was Time New Roman, and there were no images either
IE 6.02
This is the path name of one of the missing images https://ssl506.securepod.com/pramcentre/acatalog/titleBanner.gif

One problem I think there is, is there is no acatalog directory under our SSL (even though I've entered something) only under our http this could be one reason why the images are being shown (if you look at Jo's previos response and path).
I should also point out that the Configuration Wizard will not accept the path I browse and set for the SSL cgi-bin to the acatalog directory. However, it seems possible to buy something (links in previous replies), only that the CSS and images are lost in the checkout phase.
Help would be much appreciated as I am struggling with this one.
Thanks

Just placed an order at www.pramcenter.co.uk and it worked fine. My order number is CDTEST10000005.
Have you changed anything?

Hi Chris,
Thanks for the reply.
I just got the site up and running.
It was all to do with using a virtual SSL and changing the placement of the acatalog to within the virtual secure folder which gave me a valid SSL URL to the acatalog directory which was not possible before. As there was no valid SSL URL to acatalog, the checkout phase coulnd't reference the CSS, images or JavaScript (if this makes anys sense).
However, I can still access the relevant files via http and https, which is good, as we didn't want the entire site under SSL.
I am at the stage where there is only one problem (I think) and this is detailed in this
thread (http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=3590)
Thanks
Andrew
