checking customers email address

Hi,

I have a lot of trouble with customers mispelling their email address. Does anybody know how to setup Actinic so that the customers email address can be re-entered and maybe checked?

You could add email format validation to your website for free, I had a quick look around and found this javascript solution. There is a link at the end for a javascript file with all sorts of useful validation routines in it.

There were a lot of ASP solutions as well.

On the PC side you can use something like groupmail free to validate the email, if you enter it as a new group member there is a button to press to validate the email.
