Removing Verify Identity at Checkout

I hope someone can help. I've a site with customer accounts that the customers have to login to in order to place their order. The only payment method available is by purchase order.

What I have noticed though is that customers are being asked after entering their PO ref on the order02 template the next screen asks them again for their password. I want this not to happen and am sure when I was testing it didn't!

How do I turn off this verify identity screen? Is it in customer settings?

There is no way to turn off this setting I'm afraid. As soon as you use a payment method of either 'Payment on Account' or 'Invoice With Order' then Actinic will include this screen.

It is a security feature to make sure that the person who logs into the site is the person that completes the order.
