email actinic support

is`there a support at actinic email address, my 8.5.2 install has broken and it tells me to email the dmp file to actinic, but doesn't give an address to send it to.

email support via the actinic website doesn't have the ability to send attachments

Same problem i had, so difficult to do some things. If you send the files to the support email address it bounces a message back saying fill out the form instead, BUT they do actually get the files and can send them on. It's a really bad area IMO, these DMP problems are very existent in 8.5.2, yet they make it very difficult to help them get these sort of things right.

Have you deleted a variable lately?

I really do not want to spend 15 minutes on the phone trying to do something that i could do in 30 secs online
