Recovering from a crash

Hi

I am getting back up following a crash and having a problem with V6 'versions'. I downloaded the latest version from the Actinic site and thanks to Actinic resending me the key I have it operating. I have copied the sites across from my backup and they are running OK in the local pc.

Problem occurs when I try to download orders and I receive a message "The server scripts are incompatable....Server version = 6DDVA, Client Version = 6DHBA". From looking at the downloads that I have relating to the V6 patches it appears that the fact I had not upgraded my previous installation with the latest patch is causing a problem. I have tried re-publishing the site but still have this error.

Any thoughts will be much appreciated as I have orders to download.

Hi there.

Do you upload with one computer and download with another? If so both computers must be running the same version of Actinic.
