Digital Download Key

I've got a fully licenced version of Actinic Catalog version 7 with all the latest updates (7.0.7.0.0.0. HCFA). I've never needed to use Actinic for digital products, but now I do.

When I click on my products there is not a 'digital download' tab, and I can't find a way of getting one.

I've tried searching (including this forum) for "Digital Download Key", but can't find any info other than that my Actinic needs registering with a Digital Download Key, but I can't find any instructions on how I get a key.

I'm stuck. Can anyone help

Hi,

I don't believe Catalog supports Digital Downloads, you need either Business or Developer versions for this. I think there used to be a 'bolt on' Digital Download option that could be purchased but not too sure. I'm sure other forum members will correct me if I'm wrong !

Hello Dick,

I'm afraid that Catalog version 7 does not have the option of digital downloads. You would need to upgrade to Business or developer to enable this option.
