Redirect on cancel & Free delivery

Hi,

I have two questions:

1. When I cancel an order the file that the visitor is sent to is not found. In the address bar the address is:

http://www.redspan.com/acatalog&ACTINIC_REFERRER=%2f

2. I have added a new shipping class called "Account Application" which has a value of £0 so that people can apply for an account without their checkout process incurring a shipping charge. I have applied the change and uploaded the files but the new class does not appear in the drop down menu. Can anyone see why?

Hi Ben,

1. I notice that the problem also occurs when you complete an order too.

Try going to the 'Design' menu, 'Options', 'Miscellaneous' tab and check the 'No frames in checkout' option. Then enter a 'URL for completed and aborted checkout' i.e. http://www.redspan.com/acatalog/index.html. Then uncheck the 'No frames in checkout' box again. Update your site and see if this solves the problem.

2. I could see your 'Account Application' option - do you see it now? If not, try clearing out your browser cache.
