simple shipping not being added

I'm using simple shipping with a charge of £2.50 but it's not being added to the cart. If I switch on handling it's added correctly but even though shipping is ticked nothing happens.

I'd be grateful if someone can suggest why?

Hi,

Can you try the following:

- go to the 'Design' menu and select 'Library'
- on the 'Layouts' tab expand the 'Web Page Inner Layout' group (click the '+')
- right-click on 'Order 01 Bulk Area' and select 'Revert to Factory Settings'
- close the Library and then update your site.

I also note that your add to cart button on the home page doesn't work. To correct this you should take a look at the 'Adding to Cart from Anywhere on the Internet' section in the Advanced User Guide (http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/downloads.htm).
