Updating customer accounts

Hi there, just wanting to know if there's any quick way of updating and uploading the customer accounts (ie, adding a new customer to the site), rather than updating the whole site everytime - seems a bit of a long way round to update the whole site for the sake of one new customer!

i've looked thru the starter guides etc, but can't seem to find a way...can anyone help?

Actinic is pretty smart. When you make a change and update the site the software works out which files have been affected and only sends the minimum of files necessary. It does not send everything unless you make some site-wide change or Refresh the site.

Adding a new customer will result in only a couple of files being updated.
