2 different templates for checkout?

I'm using Business V5.14 and my client wants to divide their store into 2 distinct sections each using the same design but different colour schemes.

I know I can tell Actinic to use different templates for products/sections but would it be possible for Actinic to use an appropriately colour schemed template for the checkout process too?

No, I'm afraid the checkout can only be one colour. I suggest using a third, neutral, colour for the checkout overall layout templates like a pale yellow or a white/grey combo.
