Sending emails to Russia!

Has anyone got any experience of sending emails with attachments to Russia? I'm trying to do business with a company out there and they never seem to be able to find email attachments (word & pdf).

Any thoughts?

Never had a problem, email Russia every other week or so.

Upload 'em and email them the links.
