1and1 Mail Problems

Anyone else having problems receiving mail via 1and1?

All has been working fine for the last 18 months, but at 0900 this morning (5 March 2008) we've stopped receiving order confirmations. Also when I hit the 'Test' button in the Advanced Network Setup I get the error telling me that the mail server (auth.smtp.oneandone.co.uk) isn't valid.

We can still upload & download.

Nothing has changed at our end and 1 and 1 tell me that there's nothing wrong their end.

My 1and1 emails are working fine.

We had the same problem in January, contacted 1and1 who suggested we use mrvnet.kundenserver.de, which has worked for us.
