Changing TAG through Nominet

OK has anyone ever had the need to get there domain name tag changed through nominet.

I have raised a support ticket through internetters asking them to release 2 domain names, as yet i have had no response, so followed it up asking for them to give me a completion time, i also searched thier website and all they have is the info to transfer in and not out.

So just incase on monday i get a load of old waffle from them i looked at nominet and they can do it for me at the cost of £10 per domain, and i wondered if anyone has had to use them and if so what was there experience

I have, it's a bit time consuming as you have to prove beyond doubt that it is yours etc. but a good way of getting out of a sticky situation.

Thanks Lee, i hope on monday they will do it without any major problems if not then this will be the route i have to take i guess
