Downloading orders with Error

A customer using the latest v6 is getting a strange error when they download orders. It says something about:

'a record was not deleted' so they click okay then it says

'warning some of the deleted orders have not been purged'

So the customer purges the orders but the message still appears. Has anyone come across this before? It lets the customer download the orders still, but the message keeps appearing even after purging.

Any ideas on how this message can be got rid of would be much appreciated.

You could try compacting the database. That might remove the rogue record.
