Product shipping weight wrong

I have a product set to weight 0.075kg but when I add one to cart it says the weight of oder is 0.3kg.

Seems to occur with random products and can't see any reason why - is this a know problem or am I doing somehting wrong.

I have ship by zone/class, then by weight and steps from 0.10kg to 98kg in varying steps.

This is with orders for an offline mailorder site so no url to give.

Got is storted.

In the Zone/Class tab of the shipping settings, I had the 'divide product weight by' as 0.25 so it was multiply all by a factor of 4.

I quess I must have changed this at some point as all my other sites are set to 1 but not sure why I would have.
