Just noticed the new message by the submit button, that's a good idea, i like it. Can you add an extra line in there for me please, something like 'Have you RTFM?'. Seriously though, a good idea, i think the Actinic help in the software itself is often overlooked also, i think there is some great info in there.

very good idea Chris.

Perhaps you could add a line about new users getting free 30 day telephone with the actinic support number. That would help avoid the newcomers questions that don't really add any value to the forum.

Or even better, why not add it to the forum header so people can see it before they try and post to the forum?
