shipping to separate address

Just wondering if its possible to allow ship to a different address than cc address in the UK but restrict it to only the cc address for non UK

I've wondered this as well but do the PSPs even check overseas addresses? In which case, even if it was restricted, overseas customers would/could just enter their delivery address into the invoice address fields and there'd be no way of telling.

i feel quite uneasy offering ship to separate address outside the UK

Nearly all over seas orders i have fail the address checks or they are not avaliable, normally only get a cvv correct
