Shipping Locations

Hi,

I have just made an addition in my list of UK locations.

Although the location is in the list, when I try to process an offline order, it says that the location is not valid for that country ?

I thought it was possible just to add a new location and that was it - am I missing something ?

Can anyone assist please ?

Did you add the new location to a tax 'group' and to shipping 'group(s)'. Both tax treatment and shipping method(s) must be specified for every valid location.

I was just adding to an exsisting list of UK counties.

Yes, OK.

You must still specify the tax treatment and shipping methods available for this location by adding it into your existing set up.

I'm afraid the developers left the "Guess how I want you to handle my changes" button out of the software :D
