I want to customize the entire theme to make it look more uptoday
Do we have set templates?
How do i go about modding it ?

I assume you have read the user manual looked in the help files and searched the forum so will know about the template manager and how to use that to customise the templates using HTML in notepad or linking it to dreamweaver

then its all in the help files using the method I described and is very well covered on the forum although I would suggest that you upgrade to v9 as v7 is no longer supported by actinic also v9 is far easier to modify the templates

Yep upgrade to V9 there is a fancy site wizard to help you. I think modding a site may be a little hard at this stage for you, especially in V7.

That's a question for Actinic's sales team, although their website has a list of current prices for the different versions.
