Help - I just cant design.? - Any programmers out there?

Hi there,

I have spent a couple of weeks on my website www.12Trade.com, but have to admit, that I cant program to save my life.

I am looking for someone to not get paid much, but turn a crap website into a wonderful one. I have put in all the data, but need to 'tart' it up.

Can anyone point me to some quality but cheap designers, or ever a student who can help?
