Really having some trouble figuring out the best way to do shipping costs.

If you take a look at our site, www.eshopbrokers.com (http://www.eshopbrokers.com) you will see we have several different product categories.

iPod & iPhone Accessories need to be sent standard 1st Class, Software needs to be sent 1st Class Recorded and larger, higher value items sent DHL 1 - 2 day service.

The problem I am having is that when someone purchases an iPod case, they still can choose form recorded or DHL service....

Any ideas much appreciated

Use weight based shipping and set artificial weights so your items can only fit in the weight band for the shipping method you want to use.

Example if costs are fixed:
Set default weight as 0.25 kg, create a 1st class table that allows a maximum of 490kg with excess set to do not allow, then set a weight of 500kg on the items you want recorded and create a recorded table that allows a maxium of 9000kg with excess set to do not allow, set a weight of 10000kg on the DHL items and create a DHL table that uses the highest cost.
