How to add a new page type in V8

I'd like to add a new page type, basically a copy of the Contact Us page. oes anyone know how to do this please?

Create a brochure page and add a fragment into which you embed your html is probably the easiest method. You can see the contact us bulk area in the web page inner layout group in the design library.
