Hello!

I'm using 2 currencies - $ and € and off-line order processing.
Customers from the EU countries would pay price in € + VAT and will be charged in €, and customers from outside the EU - price in $. Now, on invoice/packing note for order from the EU I still have $ as payment currency. Is there any way of setting it up so it would match the two TAX zones, EU and non-EU?

cheers,

R.

Hi,

I'm afraid that the 2nd currency is only for display purposes. Customers always pay in your main currency.

We display currency in £ and EURO - it's rarely a problem for customers that they pay in £ as everyone uses cards or PayPal. It is a problem for US customers as they also want to see the $ equivalent price! Is there anyway Actinic can be customised to display 3 currencies and be able to easily update the exchange rate?!
