Printing A4 Z reads - always wants to do double sideded?!

Every other A4 printing function works fine, but the default setting for Z-reads for A4 in EPOS always wants to do double sided - why is this? - so annoying having to change settings every time.

Please can you advise where you see the setting to print double sided on your Z reads?

This does not seem to happen on my PC.

From sales screen, goto Z-reads, Print A4.
If i then hit print, it automatically tries to do double sided, i have to then go to file, print, then properties, then select finishing, then untick manual doublesided.

I have checked the printer settings under control panel, and all is how it should be.
