Page Cloaking

When I use IE to look at the source for may pages, I just see a jumbled mess, rather than the normal html.

Is Actinic using Page Cloaking? Or will this jumbled mess *look* like page cloaking to a search engine?

Some search engines penalise sites using page cloaking, so I just want to make sure it isn't doing that...

This is compacted HTML. Search engines will read it as it is with no problems.

All it has lost is the formatting required by the human eye.
