Hi there,
The error message 'unable to connect to the ftp server' can be due to several issues;
1. There may be problems on the server, which may be temporary or the ftp server host address may be incorrect.
2. There may also be problems with your internet connection.
Also check the ftp username and password in Advance | Network setup may be incorrect.
Error. ../htdocs/acatalog/nqset00.fil is corrupt. The signature is invalid
This is usually seen on corrupted files that are on the server, however in order to overcome the problem, you need to perform the following;
1. On you local machine open up windows explorer browse to you Actinic Ecommerce V6 | Sites | Site1, delete all the files with the extension .FIL and .CAT.
2. Carry out the same action on the server, the files on the server reside in a folder called 'acatalog'.
Then open up Actinic software, go to Web | Refresh website.
I believe this will remedy your problems, hope this helps.
