Minimum Order Value and Shipping Costs

I have my site set to a minimum order value of £10. I have shipping charges to europe set to £2.50.

The customer has managed to order goods totaling £7.85, when the shipping is added comes to £10.35.

Surely the minimum order is the goods total without shipping.

I don't want to change the £10 minimum order because i offer free shipping within the UK and free delivery needs to be set to this limit

Any help appreciated.

Until you change your cart as suggested in the thread mentioned above, I wouldn't worry. You're still going to be in profit I suspect as £2.50 shipping on a £7.85 item more than covers what it will cost - unless it's a £7.85 lump of lead ....
