new pc with vista used patch

Got a new pc with vista I searched the forum and found the patch :) but I still cannot get actinic to open it gives the following error message:

unable to locate the database for selected site. The site will remain unchanged

I have not moved anything from the old pc should I do that not sure how to go about it all

any help very much appreciated
