Transfer from sage to actinic problem

hello
when I transfer the data from sage line 50(financial controller v9) it show be error "invalid index specified for item retrival". till yesterday it was working perfectly fine. from today it shows me the same error every time i press Processing button...
anybody has idea???????

I understand you are dealing with this with Tracey in support. One yo find a solution, it would be great if you could post it here.
