1and1 - Basic Account

I've searched the forum for any tips on running Actinic v8 on 1and1 basic account.
As I've discovered, the route to the cgi-bin on 1and1 is less than obvious.
Can anyone assist?

You will need the Business package as a minimum on 1and1.

In the 1and1 Control Panel
Create a folder for your domain and point your domain to that.
Within that folder create two other folders: cgi-bin and acatalog
Set the permissions of the folders to 755

Then run through the network settings in Actinic per this post:
