Payment Service Providers vs XP

I am new to this community so please bear with me.

I have used Actinic for a number of years and have just changed os from 98 to XP. I took a snap shop from my 98 PC, loaded Actinic 5 on the XP machine, and imported the snapshot.

It now will not let me enter any details of any PSP (I actually use SecPay). The massage is "Payment Service Provider failed to register properly - class ID({40001E75-43EE-11D2-9520-080000511272})"

Any Ideas ??

Hi Richard

When you reinstalled Actinic on XP, did you tick the box during the installation to load the PSPs? If not, you can run PSPsetup.exe from the installation directory and this will populate your payment methods in Business Settings with the list of PSPs.
