Random Error in html V7

Hi

I'm hoping someone can help as I'm not very experienced with html.

I recently did an upload of the catalog and was greeted with
'ERROR-
help' on the page.

'Help' is a hyperlink that doesn't take me anywhere.

it seems to be related to an iframe with some sort of Digg link?
Is this something you have installed on the site?
