My client ships worldwide. Using the Parcelforce zones as a guide I have set up 12 zones in shipping. Each zone has countries assigned to it in properties. Each zone has one class which has shipping costs defined for it.
On a test purchase, at checkout whatever country I select I get the error -
"Select Shipping Destination - Your order has exceeded the shipping tables defined by the supplier, therefore it is not possible to calculate the shipping cost. Please contact the supplier with this information as they will be happy to process your order and will then be able to correct the shipping tables." I don't however get the error with UK or with a country not defined in any zone. Please can any one help me to resolve this?
Thanks a million!

Hi,

This is usually caused because 'Do not allow Excess' is set on the shipping classes. Can you check this and let me know if it's the cause.

Hi Tracey.
Don't allow excess is NOT checked,
Take the highest value in the table IS checked.
Do you want a snapshot via actinic's ftp. Please give me the login if so. Cheers. Jonathan

Hi Jonathan,

Your UK class is set to 'Take the highest value in the table', however, all of your other classes are set to 'Do not allow excess'. For example, highlight the 'Zone 4 | Channel Islands' class and you will see that it's not allowing anything over 1p to be ordered. The 'Excess' is set by class and not as an overall default.

Thanks Tracey. That's what I like about Actinic, it is always so easy when you know how!

I had run this by support (Call ID#145655) but this hadn't been picked up. We are moving the domain to Internetters as we had some issues wth the previous hosting company. I'll post again if there are still issues.

Thanks again

Jonathan
