Groan! Ba-DOOM ching etc.

A royal crest is a great idea, but I think you only get that if you actually do something directly for the royal family. I did bid for 'buckhouseonlinemegastore.com' but didn't succeed (this is a lie).

My old washing-machine repairman was by royal appointment - he used to service the machines at Clarence House.

Daren catches all the tomatoes and commencing to produce a bowl of Gazpacho...perfect for those balmly summer evenings served with a nice glass of Pimms...

Click here now (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/4173803.stm)for more details (yup...not a selling link, just fed up with the amount of spam that seems to be creeping into Forum life so would show my contemp for this...bit old I know but the point stands IMHO)

Hmm... how can we sneak Chris through this clause in the Royal Warrant :

Who is eligible for a Royal Warrant?
Royal Warrants are only issued to tradesmen. The professions (eg bankers, solicitors, accountants), employment agencies, party planners, government departments, the media, or ‘places of refreshment or entertainment’ do not qualify.

.. working at Actinic Towers must be classed as "entertainment" surely? :p

Oh dear i can sense the thread getting closed for information contrary to policy

Why? Actinic brings fun and enjoyment to me. Combining work with fun should be granted the Royal Warrant in my book.

This is the fourth time I've read this thread now and I still don't get it (except for the jokes, they were funny), I think that I must have been eating too much chocolate (hey mate, want a password?). Explanation anyone?

Regards,

Chris was 'mentioned' in the Actinic promo in this months web designer mag (ISSUE 145 Act v9 promo)...and in this bio it stated the above as having the magic hand of Chris applied to their websites.

HTH
