We have had a few customers calling us saying they are having a problem ordering goods from our site. Each one of these people who have the problem say they are using firefox. Does anyone know why we have this problem and how to solve it. We are using actinic 6.

My head is completely shot looking at your site for more than 2 minutes, geez you aiming for a professional looking golf website or a fairground attraction? What are they saying is wrong with the menus? Have you downloaded firefox and looked yourself?

yes we have and don't find a problem. We have the latest version of firefox so possibly there is a problem with earlier versions?

Possibly yes as i couldn't see anything not working, although the froth at my mouth from the induced epileptic fit could have made me miss something. Unless of course they are using the new BETA FF3?
Seriously, calm the site down a bit, i'm a keen golfer, i'd leave within 20 seconds with that much moving around.

Please note: If you are using Firefox web browser please ensure you have the latest 3.0 version to enable this site to work correctly for you. seems abit short sighted to me
i use FF al lthe time but would take great offence at being told to upgrade to a browser that is hours old.
Just the same as i 'd leave if i was told to upgrade to ie8
there are lots of reasons why people will not want to upgrade, (using work computers for example) at the risk of aleinating them, just fix the menu!
Personally i'm using FF 2.00.14 and can use the drop downs so it seems your message is incorrect

Peter - you might want to remove your email address from your signature, and enable emails in your public profile instead.:)

I don't know if this is the problem (happens in IE and Safari as well), but if you make an error on the address page, the error message which pops up is white text on a very light grey background. some people might not see this, and keep pressing the "next" button until they assume that checkout simply isn't working.
