on the checkout page first i get:
1) the total amount (which is great).
2) I get the Invoice Address
3)I get the Shipping and handling charges/ class of service choice.

Is there a way to move up the
Shipping and handling charges/ class of service choice, BEFORE the : Invoice Address!!!!

Basically, you need to move everything within the two NETQUOTEDEL:SHIPANDHANDLEPHASE variables in Act_Order01.html (including the variables).

Move this code just above the first instance of NETQUOTEDEL:INVOICEPHASE
