View Full Version : Automatically shipping some products

Hi,

We've just upgraded a customer from v3 to v6, redesigning their site at the same time (not an experiance I wish to repeat :rolleyes: ). Their now having a problem where when they download orders, some products are already marked as shipped, but not others. Their not using any stock management.

I'm sure I've seen something about this, but can't find it now. Does anybody have any solutions?

Do you have any items that have digitally downloadable files associated with them? If so, then Actinic automatically mark these as shiped when the order is downloaded. This option can be disabled in 'Business Settings | Options'.

No. No digital downloads at all.

Do you have 'Bypass Catalog Order Processing' checked in 'Business Settings | Ordering'? This can also automatically mark orders as shipped.

In that case there is nothing else. You will need to take this up with the support team over the phone. Get ready with a snapshot of your site that you can send them because they will defiintely ask for this.
