Just received a e-letter reminder from Actinic regarding the Actinic Payments offer ... can someone invest in a keyboard with a working spacebar as it is littered with joinedwords!

I checked the original - no missing spaces there. What email system are you using? I tested the email with several before sending, and it was OK with all of them.

Are you reading the email in HTML or plain text format?
